The maintenance of the soybean harvester includes the maintenance of the whole machine and the management of small parts.
The debris at the connection should be cleaned, lubricated or oiled and sealed; if the paint peels off the rust-prone parts, which leads to exposure, it needs to be painted in time to prevent rust. If it is a rubber belt, it should be wiped and dried to prevent pest damage; the metal chain can be cleaned with kerosene or diesel oil, and then put in the oil to soak for 15-40 minutes, or soaked overnight, and then removed and dried until no oil drips. Apply softening oil, then wrap it in kraft paper and place it in a dry and ventilated place to avoid mildew and deformation.
There are also some rubber and plastic products on the soybean harvester. They are easily aged and deteriorated after being exposed to sunlight, and their elasticity is poor, which affects the use in the coming year. When storing these products, coat their surfaces with paraffin oil and place them in a ventilated and dry place away from direct sunlight. Plastic products and springs will be deformed due to long-term pressure or improper storage. Therefore, the springs should be loosened, the conveyor belts should be disassembled, and stored separately.
In addition, some random utensils, especially tools and various spare parts, need to be stored separately, and put them in the same place after use to avoid loss caused by random storage.
